Training for my first marathon meant a lot of planning and shifting in priorities, which is why I was so glad to have Tony coaching me through the process. I communicated to him my goals of prioritizing running and having strength training to build a strong foundation to prevent injury. Having the mental load of figuring out what workouts to do and that accountability check every week definitely made me both physically and mentally strong to conquer race day.
