What is LEVELS?

LEVELS: Strength & Conditioning Class is hosted by Coach Tony

This class is open to the public and creates the lowest barrier to entry. Coach Tony introduces basic movement patterns, coaches effective exercises that address mobility, stability, strength, muscular endurance, stamina, agility, and explosiveness for dancers of all types, and addresses solutions to common challenges that modern dancers face.
