Working with Tony has been an amazing experience and completely changed my approach to fitness and physical health goals. I feel that I am in the best shape of my life, and I have a well rounded, personalized workout routine that keeps me going throughout the week, outside of the one day that I meet and train with Tony. I also have a personalized diet plan that monitors my caloric intake and macros, especially protein. We discuss my results weekly and I get tips on what meals I should eat so I can plan out my weekly grocery list accordingly. I've learned how my diet is just as important as my weekly workout routine, and by focusing on the two I've seen improved results month after month. It definitely isn't easy, but Tony has gotten me into a routine where I'm more confident in this space than ever before.
